- Test any suitable cleaning product on a small, hidden area first.
- Use coasters, placemats or protective pads under drinks, hot items and decorative objects.
- Do not place sharp or rough objects directly on furniture surfaces.
- Avoid dragging items across the surface.
Natural and Solid Wood
Natural wood may vary in grain, knots, texture and colour. These variations are normal characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.
To care for natural or solid-wood furniture:
- Dust with a soft, dry cloth.
- Clean small marks using a slightly damp cloth, then dry the surface immediately.
- Wipe in the direction of the wood grain where possible.
- Do not soak the surface or allow liquid to remain on the wood.
- Avoid household polish, wax or oil unless it is suitable for the specific finish.
- Keep furniture away from excessive humidity and sudden temperature changes.
- Use protective pads beneath equipment, lamps and decorative objects.
Resin Surfaces
For furniture containing resin details:
- Clean using a soft cloth lightly dampened with water.
- Dry the surface immediately after cleaning.

- Protect the surface from sharp objects, excessive heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
- Use coasters or heat-resistant mats under hot items.
Plywood and Engineered-Wood Surfaces
To care for plywood or engineered-wood furniture:
- Dust with a soft, dry cloth.
- Wipe spills promptly and dry the surface completely.
- Avoid excessive water, steam and prolonged exposure to moisture.
- Do not use strong chemical cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Protect edges and joints from impact and standing liquid.

- Follow the supplied assembly instructions carefully.
- Confirm that all parts and hardware are present before assembly.
- Assemble furniture on a clean, soft and level surface.
- Do not overtighten screws or fittings.
- Check fittings periodically and tighten them carefully when necessary.
- Do not use the product if a structural part is loose, damaged or missing.
